Better-Than-Everything! Dessert

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Margarine
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ¼ or 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Confectioner’s Sugar
  • 2 cups Cool Whip (large container)
  • 1 box Instant Vanilla (3 oz.) Pudding
  • Milk for Pudding Recipe

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut margarine into flour until crumbly. Stir in pecans.
  • Pat into 9"xl3" baking pan (preferably glass). Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
  • Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar to light and fluffy.
  • Spread cream cheese onto crust.
  • Mix pudding and milk together.
  • Spread pudding onto cream cheese layer.
  • Top with Cool Whip.
