Bread Machine Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 c bread flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in the order listed into the bread maker. Start the bread maker on the “dough” cycle
  • After the bread maker is finished running (around 1.5 hours), pull out the dough onto a floured surface.
  • Shape the dough into a rectangle by lightly pressing the dough into shape with your finger tips. Do not use a rolling pin.
  • Cut the dough into 16 equal squares using a dough cutter or the top of a spatula.
  • Cover with a cloth and let rise for 1 hour.
  • Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes
  • Brush with melted butter if desired.
