Bread Machine Rolls

Ingredients

1 1/4 c milk2 tbsp butter3 c bread flour3 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt2 1/4 tsp yeast
Directions

Add all ingredients in the order listed into the bread maker. Start the bread maker on the “dough” cycleAfter the bread maker is finished running (around 1.5 hours), pull out the dough onto a floured surface.Shape the dough into a rectangle by lightly pressing the dough into shape with your finger tips. Do not use a rolling pin.Cut the dough into 16 equal squares using a dough cutter or the top of a spatula.Cover with a cloth and let rise for 1 hour.Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutesBrush with melted butter if desired.
