Butterscotch Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

¾ cup Butter Flavor Crisco1 ¼ cup Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar1 Egg1/3 cup Milk1 ½ tsp. Vanilla3 cups Quick Oats (uncooked)1 cup All Purpose Floµr½ tsp. Baking Soda¼ tsp. Cinnamon1 cup Raisins1 cup Butterscotch Chips

Beat Crisco, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.Mix oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.Mix into creamed mixture at low speed just until blended.Stir in raisins and chips.Place in teaspoon furs on greased pan, 2" apart.Bake at 3 7 5 · degrees for 10-12 minutes .
