Butterscotch Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Yields: 2.5 dozen

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Butter Flavor Crisco
  • 1 ¼ cup Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • 3 cups Quick Oats (uncooked)
  • 1 cup All Purpose Floµr
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Butterscotch Chips

Directions

  • Beat Crisco, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.
  • Mix oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  • Mix into creamed mixture at low speed just until blended.
  • Stir in raisins and chips.
  • Place in teaspoon furs on greased pan, 2" apart.
  • Bake at 3 7 5 · degrees for 10-12 minutes .
