Caramel Corn

15 cups Popped Popcorn (unsalted)1 cup ·Brown Sugar½ cup Butter or Margarine¼ cup Light Com Syrup½ tsp. Salt½ tsp. Baking Soda

Preheat oven to 150 degrees.Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt in medium saucepan.Heat to boiling over medium heat stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.Boil 5 minutes stirring occasionally.Remove from heat.Immediately stir in soda until foamy.With popcorn in very large mixing bowl, pour caramel over it and stir to coat (be careful, caramel is very hot).Spread caramel com on ungreased baking sheet.Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to prevent scorching.Remove from oven.Put in container. Let cool. Break apart. Enjoy!
