Cheese Grits

Ingredients

4 cups Water1 tsp. Salt1 cup Quick Grits {not instant)1 stick, Margarine1 roll Garlic Cheese (firm)2 EggsMilk
Directions

Bring salt and water to a boil.Slowly stir in grits.Cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly.Take off heat.Stir in margarine and cheese (cut-up).Put 2 eggs in a cup and stir and fill the rest of the cup with milk. Add to grits.Bake in a greased Pyrex dish at 300-degrees for 30 minutes.
