Cheese Grits

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup Quick Grits {not instant)
  • 1 stick, Margarine
  • 1 roll Garlic Cheese (firm)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Milk

Directions

  • Bring salt and water to a boil.
  • Slowly stir in grits.
  • Cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Take off heat.
  • Stir in margarine and cheese (cut-up).
  • Put 2 eggs in a cup and stir and fill the rest of the cup with milk. Add to grits.
  • Bake in a greased Pyrex dish at 300-degrees for 30 minutes.
