Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8-10 large Potatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta ( diced)
  • ½ of one Yellow Onion ( ch-opped)
  • 2 ½ rbsp. Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • Non-stick Cooking Spray

Directions

  • Boil potatoes with skins or peeled.
  • When fork tender, remove from heat and drain. Dice.
  • Coat a 9"x 13" baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Layer potatoes, Velveeta and onion until all are used.
  • Sprinkle milk on top and place small amounts of butter around on top.
  • Cover with foil and cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Remove foil and brown on top. Serve hot!
