Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

8-10 large Potatoes1 lb. Velveeta ( diced)½ of one Yellow Onion ( ch-opped)2 ½ rbsp. Milk3 Tbsp. ButterNon-stick Cooking Spray
Directions

Boil potatoes with skins or peeled.When fork tender, remove from heat and drain. Dice.Coat a 9"x 13" baking pan with cooking spray.Layer potatoes, Velveeta and onion until all are used.Sprinkle milk on top and place small amounts of butter around on top.Cover with foil and cook in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.Remove foil and brown on top. Serve hot!
