Chicken Noodle Soup

1 whole Chicken1 package Wide Noodles3-4 Green Onions ( chopped)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions

In a large saucepan, cover chicken with water and boil until done thoroughly. Remove chicken from water to cool.Reserve water or now known as chicken broth.When chicken is cooled completely, remove cooked chicken from bone (throwing skin away).Bring chicken broth (water) to a boil.Use this broth to cook noodles according to package directions.Do not drain.When noodles are done, add chicken, onion, salt and pepper to taste.Heat to boiling.Serve with crackers if desired.
