Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 2 cans ( 14 or 15 oz.) Ranch Style Beans 2 cans (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
  • Chili Powder
  • Onion Powder or Minced Onion Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red Pepper
  • Chili Peppers, Jalapenos (or any kind of spicy peppers - if desired)

Directions

  • In a skillet, brown ground beef and add all seasoning (season to liking).
  • If you are using peppers, brown them with the ground beef.
  • In a crock-pot. add beans. tomato sauce and cooked, seasoned beef. Heat on low until ready to serve.
  • NOTE!! Best served with crackers, cornbread, or avocados and tortilla chips.
  • USE LEAN GROUND BEEF FOR LOW FAT CHILI.
