Creamy Chocolate Fudge

1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 oz.)1 ½ cup Sugar2/3 cup Evaporated Milk¼ cup Butter (1/2 stick)¼ tsp. Salt1 package (11 ½ oz.) Nestle Toll House Milk Chocolate Morsels (equals 2 cups)1 package (6 oz.) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels ( equals 1 cup)1 cup Walnuts ( chopped)1 tsp. Vanilla ExtractMaraschino Cherries (optional)

In large saucepan, combine marshmallow creme, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.Heat to a full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.Add chocolate morsels (both varieties). Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is blended.Stir in walnuts and vanilla extract.Pour into foil-lined 8" or 9" square pan.Refrigerate.Cut into 1-inch squares.
