Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Green Chili’s ( diced)
  • 1 can Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 package Tortilla Chips (Corn)
  • ½ lb. Cheese (grated) ‘Velveeta is best’

Directions

  • Cook ground beef & onion together until done. Drain.
  • Add cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, green chilis, enchilada sauce and milk to the meat mixture. Mix well.
  • Using a large pan, put in alternate layers of tortilla chips, meat mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
