Florentine Cookies

Ingredients

¾ cup Heavy Cream.¼ cup Sugar¼ cup sifted Flour½ cup Finely Chopped Almonds¾ cup Orange zest (use small cheese grater to scrape off zest ust use orange part - not white part)

Stir cream and sugar together to blend well.Stir in flour, almonds. and zest.Drop onto heavily greased and floured sheet pan, several inches apart, then spread them to desired width with a knife or spatula.Bake at 350-degrees for 10-12 minutes (until just browning around edges).Let cool for a second or two then roll them up (like a fat pencil) and let them cool completely.Fill with sweetened cream cheese and berries.You can add a little heavy cream or sour cream to the cream cheese to make it smooth.
