Glazed Carrots

1 ½ lbs. Carrots1 /3 cup Brown Sugar (packed)2 Tbsp. Margarine or Butter½ tsp. Salt½ tsp. Orange Peel (grated)

Peel carrots and remove ends.Cut carrots into julienne strips. Boil in water for 18 to 20 minutes ( or steam for 9 to 11 minutes or microwave in ¼ cup water for 6 to 8 minutes).Cook remaining ingredients in a 12"skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly.Stir in carrots. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and hot
