Icebox Rainbow Cake

Ingredients

  • Betty Crocker Marble Cake Mix
  • 1 bowl Cool Whip
  • 1 (3 oz.) package Strawberry Jell-o
  • 1 (3 ¾ oz.) package Vanilla Instant Pudding

Directions

  • Preheat oven according to cake mix package.
  • Bake marble cake as directed on package.
  • Prepare Jell-0 as directed (using half the water).
  • When cake is cooled, pierce many times with fork tines.
  • Pour Jell-0 over cake.
  • Refrigerate while preparing topping.
  • Make pudding as directed on package then put 2/3 of the cool whip into pudding, and blend.
  • Add more cool whip according to your taste. Spread over top of cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
