Mexican Snapper

Ingredients

1 ½ lbs.Red Snapper or Cod Fillets½ cup Chopped Cilantro or Parsley½ cup Finely chopped Toasted Almonds¼ cup Butter or MargarineLime JuiceSalt & Pepper to tasteDiced Avocados
Directions

Place fillets in a baking dish.Sprinkle with cilantro ( or parsley) and almonds.Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan.Add limejuice and season to taste. Pour over fish.Cover and bake in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.Sprinkle with diced avocados and serve.
