Microwave Ghosts

Ingredients

6 egg whites¼ tsp cream of tartar¼ tsp salt1 ½ superfine sugar3 tbsp confectioners sugarmini chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 200-degrees.Beat 6 Egg Whites until foaming. Add ¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar and ¼ tsp. Salt. Continue beating.Add 1 ½ cup superfine Sugar, l Tbsp. at a time, until stiff peaks form.Sift 3 Tbsp confectioners Sugar over mixture and gently fold in.Spoon meringues into plastic bag with 2 inches cut off a comer and squeeze “ghosts” onto ungreased cookie sheet.Position mini chocolate chips as eyes.Bake 2 hours. Tum oven off and leave ghosts in for 6 hours or so.
