Peanut Patty

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • ½ c water
  • 1 cup Karo Syrup
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Dash of Salt
  • 3 cups Raw Peanuts

Directions

  • Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan and boil 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add butter, salt, vanilla and peanuts.
  • Beat until glossy look is gone.
  • Spoon into well greased muffin tins (about 2 large tablespoons in each).
  • Cool well before removing from pan. .
