Pineapple Sweet Potatoes

2 cans (1 lb. 1 oz. each) Sweet Potatoes1 cup Brown Sugar (packed)6 Tbsp. Butter1 bag Miniature Marshmallows2 cans (8 ¾ oz. each) Crushed Pineapple ( drained)1 tsp. Salt (scant)
Directions

In a medium skillet, combine brown sugar, butter, pineapple and salt.Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly.Add sweet potatoes.Stir gently until glazed.Pour potato mixture into a casserole dish.Top with marshmallows.Heat in the oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until marshmallows are toasted.
