Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Pork chops
  • 1 large Onion (sliced & ringed)
  • 4 medium Potatoes (peeled & sliced)
  • 4 Carrots ( sliced)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 can Mushrooms
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Salt and pepper pork chops. Fry in skillet until just done.
  • In a casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms. Place pork chops on top.
  • Mix milk and soup together. Pour on top of pork chops. Salt and pepper.
  • Cover. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
