Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients

4-6 Pork chops1 large Onion (sliced & ringed)4 medium Potatoes (peeled & sliced)4 Carrots ( sliced)1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup Milk1 can MushroomsSalt and Pepper
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Salt and pepper pork chops. Fry in skillet until just done.In a casserole dish alternate layers of potatoes, carrots, onions and mushrooms. Place pork chops on top.Mix milk and soup together. Pour on top of pork chops. Salt and pepper.Cover. Bake for 45-55 minutes.
