Pumpkin Muffins

2 c canned pumpkin4 eggs (or egg substitute)1 1/3 c dry powdered milk¼ c flour4-6 Tbsp. Brown Sugar substitute2 tsp. Baking Soda2 tsp. Baking Powder·2 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Nutmeg¼ tsp. Salt½ cup Raisins ( optional)1 ½ cups Grated Carrots

Spray 24 muffin tins.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix pumpkin, eggs, dry milk, flour, sugar substitute, soda, and baking powder, cinnamon and salt with a fork.Stir in fruit and carrots.Bake 20 minutes.
