Sweet Potato Crunch

3 cups (canned) Sweet Potatoes (drained) 1 cup Sugar½ tsp.Salt2 Eggs4 Tbsp melted Butter or Margarine½ cup Milk1 tsp. VanillaINGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING1 cup Brown Sugar2/3 cup Flour1 cup Chopped Pecans½ cup melted Butter or Margarine

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well with electric mixer.Pour into 9"x13" baking dish. Set aside.In a small to medium bowl, combine topping ingredients. Mix well with spoon.Using clean hands, sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture the best you can.Bake for 45 minutes.Serve hot or cold.
