Venison Chili

3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil½ Onion (large purple)3-4 cups Cubed (small) Venison.3 ½ cup Hot Water½ tsp. Garlic Powder1 small Green Bell Pepper ( chopped)1 (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce2 Tbsp. Chili Powder1 ½ tsp. Salt1 tsp. Dried Oregano1 ½ tsp. Cumin1 tsp. Hot Sauce¾ tsp.Sugar1 (14 oz.) Diced Tomatoes

Saute onions and venison in oil until brown.Pour in crock-pot.Add water, garlic powder, bell pepper, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, oregano, cumin, hot sauce, sugar and tomatoes.Put on slow simmer for 4-6 hours.
